Abstract :

Business Dashboards, sometimes called Cockpits, are application software systems that are intended to provide a manager with an overall picture of the performance of their organization and a mechanism to drill down to greater levels of detail in order to see the source of performance issues.

This presentation will provide the attendee with an overview of Dashboard operation and development and will present a case study of the development of a Dashboard designed to monitor the operations and performance of the IT Department of a major corporation.
